Fight Zone provides a very relaxed environment with highly trained professionals for the best possible instruction. We have over 1,200 sq feet of padded mat space that is perfect for rolling and training. Showers are provided at no additional cost for convinience. All of our classes are co ed and we welcome all students regardless of level, age, ethnic backround, gender, or affiliations.
Fight Zone strives to share our vision of teaching Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts to all walks of life that transcends continents and cultures to everyone we meet.
